It is a passive hands-on treatment that allows the practitioner to stimulate the bodies own healing process by taking the patient on a journey of growth and spiritual deepening through the flow of universal life energy.
When our bodies and minds enter into a flow state of life force energy, blockages and symptoms can be cleared from the body.
The practice of Reiki is a gentle technique that compliments the metaphysical healing principles of universal life energy to treat the body bringing it into balance with the mind and spirit.
I like to follow up my Reiki treatment with a vibrational sound bowl treatment to assist in clearing any blockages and to open up energy centers within the body.
